BOUGHT MY NEW FIBER TODAY!

Bought my new fabric for my art quilt I am making my daughter.  See photo on top right....the koi quilt.  I am ordering the background online...I found just the right fabric for the background.  Hope it comes soon as I am very ready to start.  I have to get the muslin for the back as well....will get that in town.   Top row...koi...Second row lilies...and bottom row lily pads...  Yea...cant wait!!!!


This is fabric from Connecting Threads I ordered!  Perfect for the water isnt it??  I orderd 4 different colors similar to this...and will piece it all together to create what I want exactly!!!

    Wow Laura!
    Those colors are fabulous! I think it is going to be spectacular!
    I bet you can't wait to get stitching! Be sure and show us your progress.
    You are off to such a good start for the new year! I need to get going and get a project started now.
