New quilt I am starting to plan and gather...
This is the quilt that I am going to start working on...above......Starting to gather fabric.
It's so good to hear from you!! How are things? I love that picture...I can't imagine trying to quilt it, though...keep us posted!! Hope all is well. Hugs
Hi...oh boy, lots have happened. I started school full time which was fun but also a huge challenge and very hard. I was overwhelmed but making all A's.....then, 2 weeks ago I had a pulmonary embolism and almost died. I am striving to get back to some normalcy and trying to figure school out. I know I have to cancel 1 class as it moved too fast and missing so much school was too hard. I may cancel all 3 of the others...as they dont make much sense without being able to finish the other class..and are still a lot of work. Just not sure what to do but have to make up my mind by next Monday. We have stopped looking at homes since school started. We may end up moving to a sort of not so wonderful house soon that my husband can work on as he is a builder. This is not my first choice...but the economy being what it is and with our situation...it may be the best choice. We are paying way too much in rent for the last 2 years. I will just have to be patinet as he remodels...He says if I am not happy there in a few years we can use if for rental property and move elsewhere...so I guess it would be ok. The house is nothing I would want to post pictures for you! Mabye as we move along I will post some before and after pics of the house...its all in how you look at it. I should be just very blessed that I have a home at all in this economy! Thanks for commenting~ I have missed blogging. I cant wait to start on this quilt....but I need a new sewig machine...hopefully for x-mas! I am so frustrated with my old machine I quit quilting! I have 2 to finish as well before I start this one...when I get my new (used) sewing machine that doesnt make me swear! Peace, Laura
