fattening but yummy...

A simple but rich pasta..............Linguine with Blue Cheese and Pistachio
Pan fry 1/2 pistachio nuts in 1 tbsp butter. For the sauce mix 1 cup cream, 1/2 cup blue cheese, 1/4 cup camenbert, Melt cheese into cream , add a dash of salt, pepper, and a bit of white wine if you wish. Toss with cooked linguine, and sprinkle fresh fried nuts

Thought this would go well as a side with a grilled steak...!  I know fattening right?!!!
